As part of its expansion into building materials manufacturing, PBM Construction is launching PBM Steel and Concrete Company (SteeCon) and is inviting applications for the position of:

 General Manager (GM) – Building Materials Manufacturing.

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and operational efficiency of themanufacturing company specializing in roofing sheets, ready-mix concrete, and other cement-based construction products. The GM will lead cross-functional teams, ensure production targets are met, maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance, and drive profitability and business growth.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
  2. 5-10 years experience in a senior management or general management role with proven profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
  3. Strong understanding of cement-based products, ready-mix concrete, and roofing sheet production.
  4. Demonstrated expertise in leadership, financial acumen, operational planning, business development, negotiation, and communication.
