Principal.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a leader who embodies integrity, inspires high performance, and demonstrates a deep commitment to values-based education. The ideal candidate must be:

  • A qualified educationist with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (a Master’s Degree will be an added advantage).
  • A proven leader with at least five years of experience in school leadership or a senior management role in a reputable secondary school.
  • Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to build a culture of excellence and accountability among staff and students.
  • Academically focused, with a strong track record of improving student performance and managing academic programs.
  • Adept in strategic planning, staff supervision, and financial management.
  • A person of strong Christian character, able to promote and uphold the spiritual ethos of the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership to staff and students in alignment with the school’s mission and values.
  • Promote and sustain high academic performance and holistic development.
  • Ensure discipline, character formation, and spiritual growth are central to school life.
  • Lead and manage the teaching and non-teaching staff effectively.
  • Oversee school operations including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with education policies.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, the community, and other stakeholders.
