The National Economic Empowerment Fund Limited (NEEF) is a government owned Microfinance Institution whose mission is to economically empower ordinary and underserved Malawian (particularly women, youth, and persons with disability) through the provision of quality, affordable and sustainable microfinance services for Improved.

Graphic Designer (NF8)
The position is tenable at NEEF Head Quarters
Reporting to: Public Relations Officer
Job Purpose
To ensure that corporate information about NEEF is properly managed and proactively disclosed to the public to promote transparency and accountability, thereby contributing to the fight against corruption and improved service delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing creative and visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials related to the Fund.
- Collaborating with the team to conceptualize and execute graphic design projects that align with our strategic goals.
- Creating and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all visual communication platforms for the Fund.
- Designing informative graphics for reports, presentations, and outreach efforts that convey complex information in an accessible manner.
- Utilizing industry-standard software and design tools to produce high-quality graphics.
- Staying updated on current design trends and technologies to ensure that our visual content remains innovative and effective.
- Coordinating with external vendors and printers to ensure the highest production quality of printed materials.
- Establishing a systematic approach to gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users throughout the design process to refine and improve designs
- Designing graphic materials that are accessible to all audiences, including those with disabilities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field obtained from institution accredited by NCHE.
- 1 year work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in public relations or communications.
