Position Overview
TRUE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to provide strategic leadership, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance research performance. Reporting to the Executive Director and accountable to the Board of Directors, the COO will oversee financial management, institutional governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure long-term organizational sustainability.
