POSITION :TENDER BIDDING OFFICER (TBO)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Examining tender documents and the scope of work
- Determining qualifications and financial criteria
- Making presentations and risk matrix
- Providing information to top management to obtain bidding approval
- Identifying opportunities for bid submissions and raising them with the bid management team
- Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
- Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff.
- Creating a compelling proposal that meets the requirements while also standing out from the competition.
- Developing a price structure to win the bid and profit after the project.
- Minimizing risk while increasing the tender’s impact.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Must have A driver’s license.
- Should have 4-5 years of Experience in Construction Projects Tender Biding as (TBO.).
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills in bidding for new projects.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Documentation/arrangement of Bidding files.
- A willingness to learn.
