Due to new product development and innovation projects, new job opportunities have arisen in our Marketing Department. We are therefore looking for an ambitious, experienced, and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as the Digital Communications Officer.
Purpose
The Digital Community Officer is responsible for increasing online brand visibility, generate web traffic, ensure customer satisfaction and managing social media platforms.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Digital Manager, the Digital Community Officer will be required to carry out the following duties, among others:
- Engage actively with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Propose, validate, and manage creative briefs for visual design, social media and broadcast plans.
- Suggest and validate communication themes for each brand.
- Schedule the publication of approved posts.
- Engage employees in digital actions and concepts.
- Monitor and moderate brand pages.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly digital and social media reports.
Education & Experience
The ideal candidates should have at least the following qualifications and experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, or Communication, or Marketing. Those with Diploma must have at least 3 years’ experience in Communication, or Digital Marketing in a similar role preferably, in an FMCG Industry.

- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Organisation and planning skills.
- Ability to use techniques to get feedback.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools.
- Proficient with Digital tools.
- Creative, innovative and open minded.
- Knowledge in marketing principles.
- Ability to work in a team.
