Our client, a leading Telecommunication Service provider, is seeking an energetic, aggressive, selfmotivated and result oriented individual to join its team in the position mentioned below to work under its Customer Experience Department in all districts in Malawi.

Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with the company’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Process service applications and update customer information in the system accurately.
  • Promote and explain company products and services to customers.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience with timely feedback and support.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or front office roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
