POSITION :ROLLER OPERATOR
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Operating Equipment: Drives heavy rolling machines to compact earth, subgrade, and asphalt surfaces in the construction of roads and highways.
- Compaction Tasks: Distributes, breaks down, and compresses materials to achieve a finished surface, particularly with asphalt.
- Equipment Inspection: Inspects and performs basic repairs on the roller equipment, ensuring it operates safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Follows safety guidelines and protocols while operating machinery on construction sites.
- Material Handling: Works with various materials, including soil, gravel, concrete, and asphalt, to ensure proper compaction and smoothness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Driving License with either of the following categories:
PGD or CE ,C1 or its equivalent, with at least 10years of experience in driving in operating ROLLER.
Those with machine Operating certificate ,they have an added advantage.
- No criminal records,if you have criminal records please don’t worst your time.
- Must not be a beer drunker and Non smoker
The applicant must be of 35 to 40 years of age.
The applicant will be assigned to our (Mzimba) road construction.
