Position: Sales and Marketing Officer (2)

Location: Blantyre

Workforce Recruitment Services seeks to recruit for the following position on behalf of a Client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our range of cables and accessories.
  • Identify and target potential clients, fostering strong relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and evaluate competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates, to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our network and promote our products.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports to analyse performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact our market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mind-set, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
