POSITION :SITE AGENT
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Ensuring the commercial performance of the contract is maximized
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers
- Writing site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents
- Working collaboratively with architects to identify and determine areas for utility hookups
- Assuming overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects
- Delivering the work safely and without environmental incidents
- Delivering the work to the specified quality without defects
- Managing subcontractors and providing direct instruction and support as necessary such that contractual arrangements are achieved
- Producing and managing the project programme
- Encouraging and coaching team members to develop their skills
- Maintaining client relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bsc Civil Engineering/ Irrigation Engineering,
- Paid up member of Malawi Engineering Institution (Note: Attach MEI Payment Receipt for Current Year),
- Must have 7 Years Experience working on irrigation or water supply projects,
- At least 2 projects construction of farmer managed irrigation schemes,
- Should be able to fluently speak and write english
