Job Description
OMLAC under the Retail Mass Market department intends to recruit self-motivated, energetic, results-minded and competent persons to fill the vacant positions of Salaried Sales Agents tenable in Blantyre, Zomba, Mangochi, Lilongwe, Karonga and Kasungu.
- Provide advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
- Develop, track and review business plans and meet individual performance targets.
- Work in specific allocated markets.
