POSITION : Double Drum Roller Operator
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Operating Machinery: Safely operating the double drum roller to compact and smooth surfaces during construction projects.
- Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Checking the equipment for any mechanical or safety issues before and after use.
- Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance and minor repairs on the roller.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communication: Coordinating with construction crews to ensure smooth operations and maintain safety.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate logs of machine usage and any issues encountered.
- Surface Inspection: Inspecting surfaces for consistency and quality, identifying and correcting any irregularities.
Driving License with either of the following categories:
PGD or CE or its equivalent, with at least 8years of experience in Operating drum truck
Those with Defensive certificate ,they have an added advantage.
- No criminal records,if you have criminal records please don’t worst your time.
- Must not be a beer drunker and Non smoker
The applicant will be assigned to our M1 (Jenda-Mzimba) road construction.
