Individual Life Insurance Sales Agents (tenable in Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu)
Key Areas of Accountability
- Prospecting
- Making sales presentation
- Negotiating and closing business deals
- Handling customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Producing quotations for prospective clients
- Providing after sales service support
- Any other duties as assigned by the Team Leader from time to time

Technical Knowledge - Problem Solving
Qualification and Experience
- Diploma or relevant professional qualifications in areas like education and marketing with a strong flair for sales and must be passionate about sales
- Minimum MSCE with credits in English and Mathematics
- Minimum Age- 27 years
- Successful track record of selling in the financial services sector, teaching or any other relevant profession will be an added advantage;
- Highly networked and good at connecting with people;
- Prior experience in selling life or investments products will be a definite advantage
- Results oriented and able to work under strict deadlines to meet sales targets
