JOB TITLE: SALES AND MARKETING LEAD.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities: –
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Respond to RFQs/RFPs from clients and prospects in a timely and professional manner Develop high-quality proposals, including: – Executive summaries – Company overviews- Service descriptions – Pricing and packaging – Case studies and testimonials
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and input for proposals
- Conduct research to understand client needs and develop targeted solutions
- Ensure proposals are visually appealing, well-written, and meet client requirements
- Manage and track multiple proposals simultaneously
- Analyze and report on proposal win/loss rates, identifying areas for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements: – 3+ years of experience in proposal development, sales, or marketing – Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills – Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines – Experience with RFQs, RFPs (Requests for Proposals. Experience in the printing, marketing, and media industry desirable. Have a Driver’s Licence.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field: Those with a Diploma should have 5+ Years of experience in the same industry –

JOB TITLE: DESIGNER AND MACHINE OPERATOR
IFRICOM is a leading printing company specializing in high-quality printing services. We are seeking a skilled Designer and Machine Operator to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Designer and Machine Operator to design and print a wide range of materials, including brochures, business cards, flyers, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and experience operating printing machines i.e DTF Machines, Embroidery Machines, Large Format Printers etc.
Responsibilities:
Designer: – Design high-quality visual materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) – Create designs for various printing materials, including, banners, Tshirts, brochures, business cards, flyers, and more – Work with clients to understand design requirements and preferences – Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all materials
Machine Operator: – Operate offset printing machines, including setup, operation, and maintenance – Ensure high-quality printing output, including colour accuracy and registration – Troubleshoot printing issues and perform routine maintenance tasks – Meet production deadlines and work efficiently to maximize productivity
Requirements: – 2+ years of experience in graphic design and printing machine operation – Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) – Experience with offset printing machines and processes – Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines – Good communication and customer service skills
