VACANCY
HEADTEACHER
Baptist Convention of Malawi Christian School, an educational institution under Baptist Convention of Malawi, seeks the services of a dynamic, well-qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Headteacher at Chichiri Campus in Blantyre.
Reporting to the School Board, the individual will be responsible for promoting and implementing the mission and policies of the school.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Diploma in Education and at least 5 years’ teaching experience, two of which must be at Headteacher’s level.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTE
- A practicing Christian with impeccable references from his/her local Church
- A mature individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated individual, who can work under very minimal supervision must have high levels of integrity
- Result-driven with ability to reconcile individual, team, and organizational objectives
Those who have working knowledge of MS Excel and Word, and/or have worked in a school management position at a reputable School will have an added.
