About the job
Position Responsibilities:
Implementation and technical support of the engineering projects of Core network products(CS&PS&IMS), including equipment commissioning and debugging, upgrade and cutover, troubleshooting and network maintenance.
- Basic Knowledge about Linux and database.
- Basic IP data configuration for bearer products of switches and routers.
- Provide support for onsite major operations, technical notices and CALL LOG registration.
- Provides technical training and guidance for our customer maintenance engineers.
- Technical communication with customer engineers and Chinese colleagues.
- Experience in meter products maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or above in communications, computer science, electronics, or related majors.
- Three years of related work experience
- Have good English communication skills.
- Preferentially considered conditions:
- Work experience of Core network products in the same industry.
- CCNA, CCNP, CCIE certificate obtained.
- Basic data product switch and routing protocols OSPF, ISIS, BGP, BFD,VRRP, TCP/IP etc.
- Be familiar with the operating system and database.
