POST: Waste Management Supervisor
Grade: M8
Qualifications
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Public Health obtained from accredited institutions’
Duties
- Supervising waste collection teams and drivers
- Coordinating waste collection schedules and routes
- Ensure compliance with waste management regulations and laws
- Implementing waste reduction and recycling programs
- Managing waste disposal sites and facilities
- Conducting inspections and monitoring waste management processes
- Investigating and resolving client complaints
- Training and guiding team members on waste management initiatives ix. Analysing and reporting on waste management metrics and performance
- Managing budgets and resources for waste management operations
