Job Description
OMLAC under the Retail Affluent Department intends to recruit mature, self-motivated, energetic, results-minded and competent persons to fill the vacant positions of Commissioned Sales Agents tenable in Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu. Successful candidates will be reporting directly to Business Managers.
- Prospecting for new business
- Selling Old Mutual products as introduced from time to time to high-net-worth prospects.
- Providing advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
- Handling customer complaints to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
- Producing product illustrations/quotations for prospective clients
- Providing after-sales services
