We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Headteacher to lead our school into the next chapter of growth and excellence. The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian with a passion for education and a proven track record in school leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can inspire staff, engage parents, and motivate students, fostering a culture of high achievement and spiritual development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction, ensuring the school’s vision and mission are fully integrated into all aspects of school life.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring it meets the highest educational standards and integrates  Christian values.

• Manage and develop a high-performing team of teachers and support staff, promoting professional development and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure the welfare, health, and safety of all students and staff.
• Engage with parents, the church community, and external stakeholders to build strong partnerships that support the school’s goals.
• Monitor and evaluate school performance, implementing improvement plans as necessary to maintain and enhance educational outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards.
• To work with the governing body and staff to develop and implement the school’s strategic plan.

QUALIFICATION

• Applicants must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Education
• Those with Master’s Degree shall have added advantage
• At least 5 years’ working experience
