Better World (Malawi)
NGO Better World (Malawi) as an International NGO is seeking to overcome any racial, ideological, religious and Geographical barriers to reach out to global neighbors suffering from poverty, diseases, and disasters, Providing a systemic aid of expertise to create a better world through holistic change and restorationIn individual lives.
Our organization is headquartered in South Korea, and Better World (Malawi) was officially registered in Malawi in 2019 as a branch of Better World, and is currently working on various village development projects for the villagers in GVH M’chere, which is under Senior Chief TA Kapeni jurisdiction.
Now, we are looking for FA (Field Assistant) for our project.
Currently, we are working on an ECD (Early Childhood Development) project for 3-5 years old children in the project area and villagers of the community with fund of KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency). Various detailed activities are being carried out in the field through this project, FA is needed to assist in related field work and office work.
1) Workplace: Blantyre office, and GVH M’chere village site nearby Lirangwe
2) Type of contract: 1 year contract after 3 months of intership
3) Start date: within June
4) Main purpose of the position: Variety of support tasks for the smooth progress of the project
5) Job Summary
- Data management
- Organizing various data needed for the project
- Write a report on each activity in the field
- Support planning and progress of detailed activities within the project, and participate in evaluation
6) Allowance: In accordance with organization bylaws
Requirement
| Education | At least Diploma holder related in Education and NGO works. |
| Experience | Preferential treatment for persons with more than one year of experience in the relevant field |
| Required Competence | 1. Fluent English and Chichewa Essential 2. Good at Microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint 3. Teamwork and Cooperation 4. Flexibility in handling works 5. Punctuality 6. Honesty and Humility |
