Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Agent Development

  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to sales agents.
  • Design and implement incentive programs to boost agent motivation.
  • Collaborate with HR on agent recruitment and onboarding to ensure quality
    standards.

Corridor Management

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize existing corridors, and
    recommend new corridor expansion.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies on potential corridors.
  • Liaise with Business Development on new corridor launches.

Sales Performance

  • Track and analyze key sales metrics (volume, growth, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Develop sales forecasts and manage budgets effectively.
  • Prepare insightful sales reports for management

Brand and Marketing

  • Ensure agents have access to high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Conduct brand audits to maintain Mukuru’s positive reputation.
  • Engage with communities to promote our services and build relationships.

People Management

  • Collaborate with Human Capital to address and resolve agent performance issues.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree or Advanced Diploma
  • 2 years sales experience
  • knowledge of Mukuru products and services
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Knowledge of how to generate marketing collateral
