Universal Industries Ltd is a leading Biscuit, Savoury Snacks and Non-Alcoholic Beverages Manufacturer seeking an experienced and result- driven and experienced Key Account Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and grow our key accounts, develop and execute sales and Markerting strategies, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customer and stakeholders
Responsibilities
• Manage and grow key accounts to achieve targets
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Conduct market research / activations and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with cross – functional teams to drive business growth
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales and market strategies
Requirements
- First Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ Experience in Key Accounts Relationship Management preferably in
Fast Manufacturing Consumer Goods Industry (FMCG) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills including the ability to work in a fast – paced environment and meet deadlines
