The Local Government Service Commission is inviting applications from suitably qualified Malawians for the following vacancies existing at Likoma District Council:
Post: Chief Economist
Grade: F/M4

Qualifications
Applicants must be serving Principal Economist (Grade G/M5) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the Local Authorities.
Post: Principal Community Development Officer
Grade: G/M5

Qualifications
Applicants must be serving Senior Community Development Officers grade H/M6 regardless of experience at that grade or Community Development Officers (Grade I/M7) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the Local Authorities.
Post: Principal Accountant

Qualifications
Applicants must be serving Senior Accountant grade H/M6 regardless of experience at that grade or Accountant (Grade I/M7) with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience at that grade in the Local Authorities.
Post : Senior Maintenance Supervisor
Grade: HJ/M8

Qualifications :
Applicants must be serving maintenance supervisors (Grade K/M9) in Local Authorities with a minimum of four years’ experience at that grade.
1 Post : Orthopedic Clinical Technician
Grade: HK/M9

Qualifications :
Applicants must be serving Senior Medical Assistants Orthopedic (Grade Local Authorities of in possession of Diploma in orthopedic obtained from accredited institutions and must be registered with Medical Council of Malawi.”
