CARE seeks a fill the following vacancies for the anticipated USDA-funded five-year, $28 million McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition (McGovern-Dole) project in Malawi. The principal objectives of the McGovern-Dole Program are to carry out a preschool and school food for education programs to improve food security, reduce the incidence of hunger, and improve literacy and primary education, particularly with respect to girls; maternal, infant, and child nutrition programs for pregnant women, nursing mothers, infants, and children who are five years of age or younger.

The DCOP Compliance will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of compliance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all activities align with USDA regulations, other applicable laws, and donor requirements. In coordination with the COP, the DCOP Compliance will coordinate with key project partners, stakeholders, other USG implementing partners, and the government of Malawi, particularly at the sub-national level. They will supervise program staff, providing oversight and support to achieve project results and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance across all project activities.
