VACANCY – FOOD AND BEVERAGES MANAGER
We are a Conference and Recreation establishment in the Bvumbwe/ Chigumula area and are looking for a self-starter, motivated and result oriented individual for the position of Food and Beverages Manager whose main responsibility will be to grow and manage our Events, Restaurant and Bar business and should have the following:
- A Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Services or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- At least3 years’ experience in abusy Restaurant and Bar
- Knowledge of Food production and management of events/recreation activities including a Bar.
- Able to connect with potential customers and other service providers to increase patronage of the Bar
- Familiar with different methods of Food and Beverages costing and pricing.
- Able to propose and implement strategies on how to attract guests and increase Food and Beverage sales.
- Able to support in the planning of a Menu and Pricing/Costing initiatives
- Basic Word and Excel computer skills and ability to write reports,
