SUPPLY OF Motorcycles

Banja La Mtsogolo (BLM) is a Malawian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), established in 1987 to improve the quality of life in Malawi through the provision of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare and primary healthcare. BLM is requesting tender for:

1. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS.  

2. Delivery of Goods is to be done 5 days from the date of Purchase Order.
3. Please provide the Price Quotation using your official Proforma Invoice.
4. Enclose the following documentation as they will form part of the bid’s preliminary evaluation:

1. 1. 1. A copy of your Trading License
      2. A copy of your valid Annual Tax Clearance Certificate
      3. Valid PPDA Certificate
      4. At least 3 LPOs for delivery of similar goods

5. Delays in delivery/completion of services will attract a cancellation of the contract.
6. Submission: hand-delivery in a sealed envelope addressed to The Internal Procurement & Disposal Committee, Banja La Mtsogolo, Box 1854, Lilongwe, marked “Supply of Motorcycles” through the BLM designated Tender Box marked “Supply of Motorcycles” at BLM Support Office reception area in Lilongwe, located along Paul Kagame Highway opposite CFAO. Banja La Mtsogolo, Box 1854, Lilongwe. by 16:00hrs on 31^st March,2026.

NOTE: Quotations that are responsive, qualified, and technically compliant will be ranked according to price and a Purchase Order will be placed with the supplier offering the (best-fit combination of the three attributes) and not only on lowest low-priced quotation.

BLM is not bound to engage any bidder if deemed unfit as per its organizational regulations

Late submissions will not be considered.
