RENOVATIONS OF LIWONDE BLM BUILDING

Banja La Mtsogolo (BLM) is a Malawian Non-Governmental Healthcare Organization established in 1987.  BLM provides quality Family Planning and Reproductive Healthcare services including HIV/AIDS information and interventions. BLM is a senior member of the MSI Reproductive Choices Partnership which works in over 40 countries globally.

BLM is requesting tender for:

1Banja La Mtsogolo – Liwonde
  • Groundwork to start 5 days from the date of contract signing.
  • All submitted bids should be clearly responsive to the scope of work.
  • A contract will beawarded to the supplier offering the (best-fit combination of three attributes Technical, Financial and company credibility), whereas, not only on the lowest-priced bid.
  • Enclose the following documentation as they will form part of the bid’s preliminary evaluation:
    1. A copy of your Trading License
    2. A copy of your valid Annual Tax Clearance Certificate
    3. Valid PPDA Certificate
    4. Valid NCIC Certificate
    5. Valid MERA Certificate and profile for the Technician to do the Electrical Services
    6. Profile and Certificates for the Technician to do the CCTV installation
    7. At least three contracts of similar nature you have performed before
  1. Bidders are encouraged to request for a detailed Bill of Quantities through requestforquotations@banja.org.mw
  2. Potential bidders will be allowed access to the Liwonde BLM Clinic prior to bid submission
  3. Submission: hand-delivery in a sealed envelope addressed to The Internal Procurement & Disposal Committee, Banja La Mtsogolo, Box 1854, Lilongwe, marked “Renovations of Liwonde BLM Building” through the BLM designated Tender Box marked “Renovations of Liwonde BLM Building” at BLM Support Office reception area in Lilongwe, located along Paul Kagame Highway opposite CFAO.

Closing date: Friday 07th April 2026 at 16:00hrs.

All bidders are free to attend the bid opening on 08th April 2026 at 2:00PM

BLM is not bound to engage any bidder if deemed unfit as per its organizational regulations.

Late submissions will not be considered.
