PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS AND SERVICES: 2025 – 2026
Green Livelihoods (GL) is a Malawi based non-for-profit organization that champions green development and value chains development and its commercialization processes for increased sustainable economic opportunities of the poor and marginalized but business-bankable people via cooperative and/or group orchestrated programming. Green livelihoods is seeking to invite vendors who will be added to the pre-qualified list of suppliers for goods and services of items shown in the following lots from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026 using Green Livelihoods procurement procedures.

3. Interested eligible suppliers should submit details Expression of Interest documents indicating Lot numbers of goods and services they can supply to the address indicated below. The Expression of interest documents should among other things include:
- Name (s) and contact details of business (s).
- Name, contact address including physical address, cellphone and email address of the supplier.
- Registration with Registrar of Companies i.e. valid industry Registration Certificate plus Business Registration Certificate.
- Reference from three other well-known organizations.
- Evidence of Tax Compliance with the Malawi Revenue Authority.
- Valid Registration Certificate with Public and Disposal of Assets Authority.
- Evidence of Financial resources – Financial statements in the last 3 months.
- List of contacts successfully executed in the last two years indicating name of client, contract amount, period and description of goods supplied /supplied services.
- Signed application letter for pre-qualification in a form Expression of Interest.
4. Expression Interest documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the address below at Greenlivehoods behind NBS Bank – Lilongwe Branch next to Tutla Super save top floor.
5. Closing date for receiving pre-qualification, Expression of Interest documents is on Friday 30th June 2025 at 2:00pm. Expression of interest documents should clearly be marked with Lot you are interested in for should be hand delivered or emailed to procurement@greenlivelihoods.org
