INFORMATION ON BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
NCA-DCA Malawi Joint Country Program invites qualified suppliers and services providers to be considered for 2026-2027 Business Opportunities. The purpose of the assignment is to competitively identify suppliers to be included in our annual list of vendors providing goods and services to NCA – DCA offices in Lilongwe and other districts for the period of two years. The suppliers/service providers shall be invited to submit bids as appropriate and whenever necessary. This exercise and the subsequent tendering processes shall be subject to NCA-DCA procurement regulations.
Below is the list of predefined Lots for Business Opportunities:

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY CRITERIAS.
All suppliers/service providers wishing to be considered for Business Opportunities should include the following requirements in the proposals. All bidders shall include a checklist indicating inclusion of requirements listed below in chronological order.
- Application letter indicating the category/ies that the company is interested in
- Business profile including details of key staff.
- Business registration certificates and Licences
- List current customers to the business and their contact details at least with written reference from three client organizations
- Copy of suppliers valid MRA tax clearance certificate and VAT certificates.
- Registration with office of the public procurement and disposal of assets authority
- Proposed payments terms
- Physical address and all other contact details emails, phones or website
- Any other information that can support your application.

Submissions are strictly by email ONLY with clearly marked subject as: “Business Opportunities – Company Name”.
Submission can be made for multiple lots and categories and should be submitted on or before 12.00hrs on 28th February 2026 to NCA-DCA Procurement email: procurement.malawi@nca.no
Submission must be made in one single pdf file with a clear sequence of information as requested above. Any submission after the deadline will not be accepted.
