Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international humanitarian medical association, created in Paris by doctors and journalists in 1971. MSF brings its aid to people whose survival is threatened by crises due to the violence or cynical negligence of other men. It delivers its emergency aid independently and impartially and reserves the right to make public statements about situations to which its teams may be witness.

 Notice of Open Call for Tenders  (Re-advertised)   

Bidders are invited to submit their offer/s to MSF for the services listed below:

1)    BID Nº MSF/MW/ITT/25/001: Medical Health Insurance

 A complete document with all details can be requested electronically via the e-mail msff-lilongwesupply@paris.msf.org and copy msff-lilongwe-logco@paris.msf.org stating the bid number they are requesting for. Bidders can start requesting the bid document from 25th September up to 3rd October 2025.

  1. Only complete files and genuine files will be considered.
  2. All tender documents should be submitted to MSF before 04:00pm on
    3rd October 2025,
    according to the instructions given during the bid dossier request. The complete set of documents should be clearly identified, marked as
    “BID Nº MSF/MW/ITT/25/001: Medical Health Insurance”
    and scanned in PDF, attached to the email as one document
  3. Any question relating to the tender, whether on the process itself or on the technical part, will be the subject of a detailed response from MSF, response that will be shared with all the bidders.
  4. MSF reserves the right to accept or reject any offer submitted that does not meet the conditions defined by MSF. Also, MSF does not commit and does not accept the best offer on the sole criterion of price but rather on a set of criteria defined in advance.
  5. The eviction of a bidder, or the refusal of an offer, will not be motivated by MSF.

All bidders must accompany their tender file with a scan of their original identity document, a document of which MSF will use in order to identify each bidder throughout the call for tender process
