Invitation for Open Tender: Disposal of Assets
Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW) is a UK based independent humanitarian and development Organisation that has been serving humanity for over 41 years. With an active presence in over 40 countries across the globe, Islamic Relief strives to make the world a better and fairer place for the three billion people still living in poverty.
Islamic Relief Malawi (IR Malawi) is hereby invites interested individuals, companies, and organizations to participate in an Open Tender for the disposal of assorted assets.
The assets include (but are not limited to):

| Lot-1 | Vehicles (Toyota Hilux, Nissan X-Trail, Yamaha Motorbikes) |
| Lot-2 | Office Equipment (HP laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, monitors, UPS, TV screens) |
| Lot-3 | Furniture (office chairs, safe boxes, flip chart stands, wall clocks, mattresses) |
| Lot-4 | Project Equipment (drilling machines, gensets) |
| Lot-5 | Cameras and accessories |
A detailed list of assets earmarked for disposal, including their condition and disposal method, is available in the tender document.
Interested bidders can access to bid documents by requesting from Islamic Relief Malawi from 10th February, 2026 during work hours (8:00 am to 4:30pm) from Monday to Friday through faida.phiri@islamic-relief.org.mw.
Completed bids should be submitted by 26th February 2026 at 12:00noon. The outer envelope must be sealed and marked only: “Bid for the disposal of assorted assets”. The outer envelope MUST NOT bear a name, mark or any other sign that could identify the bidder. Non-compliant offers will be disqualified and return to bidders. Bidders must provide One (1) Original (marked as Original) and One (1) copy of the Offer (marked as Copy).
Completed offer should be submitted physically at Islamic Relief Malawi Office at the following address: House # 3, Chiyambi Street New Naperi; P O Box 32021, Blantyre 3.
Bid Opening will take place on 26th February 2026 at 2:30pm within Islamic Relief Malawi premises. Bidders are welcome to participate to the bid opening session as indicated in the Bid document.
