SUPPLY OF CCTV CAMERAS
Banja La Mtsogolo (BLM) is a Malawian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), established in 1987 to improve the quality of life in Malawi through the provision of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare and primary healthcare. BLM is requesting a tender for:

| Installation and accessories |
- Please provide the Price Quotation using your official Proforma Invoice.
- Quotations should be responsive, qualified, and technically compliant. A Purchase Order will be placed with the supplier offering the (best-fit combination of the three attributes) and not only on the lowest-priced quotation.
- Enclose the following documentation:
- A copy of your Trading License
- A copy of your valid Annual Tax Clearance Certificate
- Valid PPDA Certificate
- At least 3 LPOs for recent contracts performed
- Submission: Quotations must be hand-delivered in a sealed envelope at the Support Office and deposited in a tender box that will be placed at the reception by 14:00hrs on 17th September 2025
- Conduct a survey of the premises before quoting
- Quotations must be addressed to The Internal Procurement & Disposal Committee Chairperson, Banja La Mtsogolo, P.O. Box 1854, Lilongwe
Late submissions will not be entertained.
