Islamic Relief Malawi (IR Malawi) is implementing the following project: Qurbani 2026 Project in 2 Districts (Blantyre and Mangochi) in Malawi. The project is aimed aid vulnerable households during 2026 Eid UL Adha Festival Period. Through this project IRMW will distribute fresh meat to selected vulnerable households. In efforts to achieve the above goal, IR Malawi is inviting competent, registered, and reputable individuals, associations, and companies to provide bids / quotations of the above stated as follows:

Interested bidders can access to bid documents by requesting from Islamic Relief Malawi
from 14th January 2026 during work hours (8:00 am to 4:30pm) from Monday to Friday

Completed bids should be submitted by 28 th January 2026 at 12:00noon. The outer envelope must be sealed and marked only: “Bid for Supply and Delivery of Qurbani 2026 cattle”. The outer envelope MUST NOT bear a name, mark or any other sign that could identify the bidder. Non-compliant offers will be disqualified and return to bidders. Bidders must provide One (1) Original (marked as Original) and One (1) copy of the Offer (marked as Copy).
Completed offer should be submitted physically at Islamic Relief Malawi Office at the following address: House # 3, Chiyambi Street New Naperi; P O Box 32021, Blantyre 3.
Bid Opening will take place on 28 th January 2026 at 2:30pm within Islamic Relief Malawi premises. Bidders are welcome to participate to the bid opening session as indicated in the Bid document.
