- Zomba City Council (ZCC) has budgeted funds for 2026/27financial year budget and intends to use these funds for the procurement of works and service contracts as below:

- The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee of Zomba City Council (ZCC) now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Local Contractors registered as in the table above for Construction works and services mentioned above.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedure under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets act (2025) of the Government of Malawi.
- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of MK 30,000.00 to the address below (7a) and payment will be in cash to be deposited to the following account: Zomba City Council, Development Account No. 0001005098811, National Bank of Malawi.
- Pre-bid meeting shall be conducted on Wednesday, 18th March, 2026.
- Completed bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the description of works, services and reference numbers should be delivered and deposited at the address below (7b) before 10:00 hour’s local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below (7c) at 10:00 hour’s local time on Monday, 30th March, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a duly signed Bid Securing Declaration form.
