1. Kasungu Municipal Council has received Funding -Reformed /Constituency Development Funds (RCDF and Roads Fund) from Central Government for implementation of development projects within the Municipality.
2. The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee (IPDC) Kasungu Municipal Council – Now invites Sealed Bids from Eligible Bidders/Contractors who can ably and skillfully do the Construction Projects/ works and supply goods below:

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act (2025) and Regulations (2017) of the Government of the Republic of Malawi and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
4. A complete set of bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders at a Non-Refundable Fee of Mk 30,000.00 (Payable at Kasungu Municipal Council’s Cash office) or by depositing to BANKERS NAME: KASUNGU MUNICIPAL COUNCIL, STANDARD BANK, ACCOUNT NUMBER: 9100001585751, BRANCH: KASUNGU followed by the collection of the document from the address indicated below starting from 28th September, 2026 during working hours.
5. Sealed bids procured under RFQs for works and goods financed under Reformed CDF must be delivered to the address below on or before 2nd October, 2026, 10:00 am hours. All bids must be accompanied by a BID SECURING DECLARATION. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 2nd October, 2026, 10:00 am hours (local time).
6. Sealed bids procured under NCB for works financed under Roads fund Administration must be delivered to the address below on or before 19 October, 2026, 10:00 am hours. All bids must be accompanied by a BID SECURING DECLARATION. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 19 October, 2026, 10:00 am hours (local time).
