INVITATION FOR BIDS
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

1. The Department of climate Change and Meteorological Services (DCCMS) has, in the 2026/27 budget planned the procurement of one motor vehicle. The department now invites sealed bids from qualified eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of a vehicle as illustrated below:

The bidding process will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures.
The process will be along the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act (No. 27 of 2017) and a public procurement regulations of 2020 and is open to all eligible bidders. Bids must be delivered before 15:00 on the 22nd September 2026. Late bids shall be rejected.
