PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS OF LIVESTOCK/FOOD ITEMS/ NON-FOOD ITEMS

Islamic Relief is a UK based independent humanitarian and development Organisation that has been serving humanity for over 40 years. Islamic Relief Malawi (IR Malawi) is implementing various projects in Malawi that aim to reduce suffering and improve living conditions of vulnerable community members through capacity building and adapted support.
IR Malawi is hereby inviting applications from eligible and reputable companies who wish to be included on the list of IR Malawi Prequalified Suppliers for the period December 2025 – December 2027 in the categories listed and explained below:
- Call for Expression of Interest for Qurbani and Pass-On Livestock
- Call for Expression of Interest for Food Items (FI)
- Call for Expression of Interest for Non-Food Items (NFI)
Interested Providers can access the Expression of Interest (EOI) documents by requesting from email: Faida.phiri@islamic-relief.org.mw from 23rd October 2025.
The completed EOI should be submitted by 7th November 2025 at 12:00pm by hand delivery addressed to Islamic Relief Malawi, House#:3, Chiyambi Street, Near Spendrite, New Naperi, P.O Box 32021, Blantyre. The Outer Envelope subject should clearly mention: “Application to IRMW/EOI/…../2025 for (Insert a Category of your choice)”
No email submission will be accepted. Received offers will be opening on 7th November 2025 at 2pm by Islamic Relief Malawi assigned committee. Considering the large number of applications only shortlisted suppliers will be invited for further assessment and negotiation.
