Islamic Relief is a UK based independent humanitarian and development Organisation that has been serving humanity for over 40 years. Islamic Relief Malawi (IR Malawi) is implementing various projects in Malawi that aims to reduce suffering and improve living conditions of vulnerable community members through capacity building and adapted support.
IR Malawi intend to sign supply and delivery contract competent, registered and reputable individuals, associations and companies to provide bids / quotations for supply of materials as follows:

| Lot-3 | School Desks for Senenje School in Mangochi district |
| Lot-4 | School Desks for Kanyenga and Maleta School in Mangochi district |
| Lot-5 | School Desks for Mafunde and Makomano School in Blantyre district |
| Lot-6 | Educational Materials in Mangochi District |
| Lot-7 | Supply and delivery of farm inputs for winter farming in Mwawa, TA Jalasi, Mangochi district |
| Lot-8 | Supply, installation and repair of shelves for the archive room |
| Lot-9 | School Bags |

- If you can’t download, request from Islamic Relief Malawi from 22 April 2025 during work hours (8:00am to 4:30pm) from Monday to Friday through phiri@islamic-relief.org.mw .
Completed bids should be submitted by 7th May 2025 at 12:00noon. The outer envelope must be sealed and marked only: “BID#:4807-Bid for Supply of Various Items under IR Malawi Projects in Blantyre, Balaka and Mangochi”. The outer envelope MUST NOT bear a name, mark or any other sign that could identify the bidder. Non-compliant offers will be disqualified and return to bidders. Bidders must provide One (1) Original (marked as Original) and One (1) copy of the Offer (marked as Copy).
Bid Opening will take place on 7th May 2025 at 2:00pm within Islamic Relief Malawi premises.
Note: Bidders are encouraged to participate to the bid opening session as indicated in the Bid document.
