INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR THE PROVISION OF NON-CONSULTANCY SERVICES AT MPEMBA CAMPUS
1. Malawi School of Government (MSG) – Mpemba Campus has budgeted funds for the procurement of the following non-consultancy services as detailed in the table below:

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open tendering procedures for the public procurement and disposal of public assets Act No. 27 of 2017 and Public Procurement Regulations 2020 of the Government of Malawi
3. Interested, eligible bidders may obtain further information from MSG-Mpemba Campus and procure bidding documents at the address given below at 6 (a) from 7.230am to 12.00 hours or from 13.00pm to16.30 hours
4. A complete set of bidding documents (per lot), in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K10,000.00 at the following banking details:

Bids issue date is 14th April, 2025 and Bidders are required to get a receipt from MSG-Mpemba Campus Accounts Office upon production of the bank deposit slip before getting the bidding documents from the Procurement and Disposal Unit.
6. Bids must be submitted to the address below at 6 (a) at or before 14.00 hours on 9th May, 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives, who on 9th May to attend at the address below at 6 (b) at 14:30 hours
