Islamic Relief is a UK based independent humanitarian and development Organisation that has been serving humanity for over 40 years. Islamic Relief Malawi (IR Malawi) is implementing various projects in Malawi that aims to reduce suffering and improve living conditions of vulnerable community members through capacity building and adapted support. IR Malawi intend to sign contract with competent, eligible, registered, and reputable construction and borehole drilling associations and companies to provide bids for the following Lots:

| 8 | Drilling and Construction of Solar Powered Water System in Mafunde School (TA Somba), Blantyre District |
| 9 | Drilling and Construction of Solar Powered Water System in Maleta School, TA Katuli, Mangochi District |

- If you can’t download, request from Islamic Relief Malawi from 17th January 2025 during work hours (8:00am to 4:30pm) from Monday to Friday through phiri@islamic-relief.org.mw.
Completed bids should be submitted by 5th February 2025 at 12:00noon. The outer envelope must be sealed and marked only: “Bid # 4640 – for School and Water Infrastructure”. The outer envelope MUST NOT bear a name, mark or any other sign that could identify the bidder. Non-compliant offers will be disqualified and return to bidders. Bidders must provide One (1) Original (marked as Original) and One (1) copy of the Offer (marked as Copy). The pre bid site visit will be conducted as follows:

Bid Opening will take place on 5th February 2025 at 2:00pm within Islamic Relief Malawi premises. Note: Bidders are encouraged to participate to the bid opening session as indicated in the Bid document.
