The following terms and conditions (“Agreement”) apply to your use of Pre-Employment Screening (PES) Services.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By accessing our pre-employment screening services, you agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. CareersMW is committed to the privacy, confidentiality, and protection of its job seekers, Clients and their information.

1.0 Warranty

The information we provide is partially assembled from information provided by other sources, as such, CareersMW does not warrant the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of the information. While every effort is made by CareersMW to ensure our Clients get the most comprehensive and truthful information on pre-hires, information is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties or fitness for a particular purpose.

2.0 Correctness of Information 

In making a submission or completing a pre-employment check application you are confirming that either you yourself are the applicant and the documents supplied are your own or that you are processing the application on behalf of the applicant who has given you their express permission to do so with their information and documents. You are also confirming that all information supplied is correct to the best of your knowledge.

3.0 Confidentiality

Verification requests or other information sent or submitted to CareersMW for verification (“Submissions”) are treated as highly confidential in nature. Our employees are obligated to handle Submissions as confidential. Submissions are also bound by the conditions stated in our Privacy Policy.

4.0 Turnaround Times

The turnaround times that we quote for enhanced and basic checks are estimated based on average turnaround times experienced over the last several months. These estimates will be kept as accurate and up to date as possible. We are unable to guarantee these turnaround times as they are based only on average results.

5.0 Refund for Cancelled Checks

If a client changes their mind for any reason after submitting or completing the application for checks, CareersMW may offer a refund at its sole discretion depending on the processes which will have been completed by such date. By submitting an application you agree to this as a condition.

6.0 Disclaimer

In no event will CareersMW, its affiliates, or its service providers, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages arising from the use of, or reliance upon, the information provided or not provided by it, including, without limitation, employee misconduct, lost profits or business interruption.

7.0 Revision to these Terms and Conditions

CareersMW will revise and update this Agreement as practices change, as technology changes, or as Services or information is added or updated. Please refer back to this page for the latest information.
