Ekhaya Farms Foods, a subsidiary of Ekhaya Group of Companies and a fast-growing retail food chain in Malawi We are seeking vibrant, dedicated, and experienced individual to join our team in Lilongwe and Blantyre.
- CCTV OPERATOR
Key Requirements:
- MSCE plus Certificate in Security, Information Technology, or related field,
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in CCTV surveillance, monitoring security systems, and reporting incidents in a retail, corporate, or security environment.
- Good knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm systems, access control, and basic troubleshooting of surveillance equipment.
- Ability to monitor live and recorded footage, identify suspicious activity, and respond promptly to security incidents.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate incident logs and prepare clear reports.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with security teams, supervisors, and law enforcement when necessary.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced security environment.
2. Receiving Attendant
Key Requirements:
- MSCE plus Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in receiving, warehouse, stock control, or store operations within a retail or FMCG environment.
• Ability to accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Strong knowledge of stock control procedures, proper handling, and safe storage of goods.
• Ability to identify damaged, expired, or incorrect items and report discrepancies in line with company procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate receiving records, GRVs, and supporting documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards
3. CHEF
Key Requirements
- MSCE plus Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience working as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant, retail, catering, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, menu execution, and portion control.
- Ability to prepare a variety of dishes including local and continental meals while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
- Good understanding of food hygiene, kitchen safety standards, and proper storage of ingredients and cooked food.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and meet production and service deadlines.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
4. BAKER
Key Requirements:
- MSCE plus Certificate in Bakery, Culinary Arts, Food Production, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in baking bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked products in a bakery, retail, or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, ingredient measurement, and oven operations.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistent product quality and presentation standards.
- Good understanding of food hygiene, safety standards, and proper storage of baking ingredients and finished products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while meeting daily production targets.
- Good teamwork, communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
