Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Tyre Network Developer to lead the expansion and optimization of our wholesale distribution network in the Malawi Tyre industry. This role is pivotal in identifying growth opportunities, onboarding new partners, and strengthening relationships with existing retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard new wholesale partners,
distributors, and retail outlets to grow market coverage. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
key accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and service
standards. - Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for distribution agreements,
pricing structures, and service-level expectations. - Brand Representation: Ensure consistent brand messaging and product
representation across the network. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Head Office, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align network strategies with broader business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in network development, channel management, or B2B sales in the Tyre industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven track record of expanding distribution networks and driving revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Tyre brands, product categories, and wholesale dynamics.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management systems.
