Ekhaya Farms Foods, a subsidiary of Ekhaya Group of Companies and a fast-growing retail food chain in Malawi, invites applications from energetic and motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills for our Store Manager Trainee Program a structured development initiative designed to build retail leaders.
TRAINEE STORE MANAGERS
The Store Manager Trainee Program provides intensive on-the-job training, mentorship, and practical exposure across all aspects of store operations. Successful trainees will be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and experience required to take on substantive Store Manager roles upon completion.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and its related fields
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest in retail management and leadership development
The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a retail team.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple store operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proactive, solution-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
- Be flexible and adaptable, willing to rotate across different store functions during the training program
