POSITION: SITE FOREMEN (2 POSITIONS)

Minimum Qualifications

A Diploma in Construction Management or Trade Test Certificate Grade 1 or CIRA Foremanship Level 2 or any related field from a recognised institution.

Experience and skills

Must have more than 8 years relevant working experience in road construction or building construction projects with good knowledge of site management, civil or building construction techniques, and record keeping and report preparation.

The incumbent must be knowledgeable in earthworks, concrete works, bituminous pavements, structural steel and/or finishes.

The incumbent must also be of good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all stakeholders, be a self-motivated individual and have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple construction activities.

SALARY:

Competitive, negotiable based on experience for those meeting the employer’s expectations.
