A reputable and rapid growing poultry farm located in Nsaru, Lilongwe is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Sales Personnel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Able to Identify potential customers, including grocery stores, restaurants, and markets.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery and address any concerns.
• Stay informed about different types of eggs
• Prepare and submit sales reports detailing daily, weekly, or monthly activities.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor pricing and customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions
• Ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

• Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Understanding of different types of eggs
• Ability to analyze sales data
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
QUALIFICATION
MSCE Certificate those with certificate in marketing will have an added advantage
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
2 Years or more.
