1. Job Title: Sales Assistant (2).
Department: Sales & Marketing.
Reporting Line: Sales & Marketing Manager.
Location: Head Office at Mpingwe in Limbe.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
Work in a highly professional and proficient manner at an assigned position by carrying out designated sales & marketing activities in conjunction with the sales team and customers to always remain result oriented.
SPECIFIC/KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. IN-HOUSE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Customer interaction: Warm welcome of customers and assist them in answering questions pertaining to Robray Limited merchandise and services.
- Sales support: Assist customers to identify, purchase products and manage transactions of the cash register or point of sale system.
- Inventory management: Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and ensure the displays are organized and visually appealing.
B. FIELD ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Market research: Conduct thorough market research and give feedback on competitors’ trends.
- Market visits: Visit the market regularly and maintain cordial relationship with all customers.
- Customer service: Address customer complaints and concerns with patience & empathy to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Attain sales & marketing standards: Focusing on proper marketing of our products to expand customer base.
C. OTHER DUTIES
- Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports on regular market visits.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in discussing all company related matters.
- Work closely with corporate customers and introduce staff schemes.
- Strict adherence to the company’s Standard Operational Procedure (SOP).
- Carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in sales and marketing obtained from the registered Institute or related field.
Required experience: At least two (2) years and above proven track record in sales & marketing in a busy work environment.

- Strong oral & written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Good organizational and sales skills.
- Basic math skills to assist in handling cash transactions and operating a point of sales system.

2. Job Title: Sales Executive (1).
Department: Sales & Marketing.
Reporting Line: Sales & Marketing Manager.
Location: Head Office at Mpingwe in Limbe.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
Work in a highly professional manner at the given position and carry out all Sales & Marketing related activities in conjunction with the sales team, top managers and customers to always remain a result-oriented team player.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer relationship management: Maintain & nurture relationships with existing clients, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication, addressing clients’/customers’ inquiries and resolving issues as follows:

- Morning reminders & task check.
- Handling customer queries through WhatsApp.
- Proper engagement of walk-in customers through warm greetings within two (2) minutes and brief them on Robray Limited mattresses with related products and promotions.
2. Collaboration with other departments and customers in the following areas:
- Stock confirmation with the warehouse to verify availability before responding to clients/customers.
- Receipt of payment confirmation.
- Sales documentation handover by personally delivering to the warehouse e.g. sales orders must personally be delivered to the warehouse. Delegation should only be done upon verbally confirming the order. Maintain a record of when & who receives an order. Delivery notes and invoice management.
- Dispatch update to customers.
3. Sales presentation & demonstration: Presentation of products & services for Robray Limited to potential clients and address concerns.
4. Achieving sales targets: Meet or exceed individual and team goals for Robray Limited.
5. Lead generation: Identification of new customers thereby increasing the customer base.
6. Reporting & analysis: Generation of reports on sales activities, trends and performance and data analysis to identify areas of improvement to inform future sales strategies.
7. Strict adherence to the company’s Standard Operational Procedure (SOP).
8. Carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma or higher in sales and marketing/Business management or related field.

3. Job Title: Graphic Designer/Digital Marketing Specialist.
Department: Sales & Marketing.
Reporting Line: Sales & Marketing Manager.
Location: Head Office at Mpingwe in Limbe.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: To work in a highly professional & proficient manner at an assigned position by carrying out graphic design & digital marketing activities in conjunction with the sales team, customers and management in order to always remain result oriented.
SPECIFIC/KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design creation: Develop visually compelling concepts, graphic & layouts for advertisement of company products.
- Develop brochures, magazines, corporate reports etc.: The aim is to improve company sales & marketing standards thereby increasing sales volume hence profitability.
- Client collaboration: Meet with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Feedback implementation: Revise designs based on client’s feedback and ensure visual consistency across different platforms.
- Campaign development & management of digital marketing design: This may be achieved through various social media platforms, emails etc. Manage multiple sales & marketing plans in a simultaneous manner by strictly meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
- Handling social media marketing platforms: Prompt response to customer queries and staying current by Keeping up with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies so that innovativeness is maintained in campaigns.
- Market research & analysis: This is aimed at understanding customer needs and preferences, analyzing competitors & identifying trends and suggesting marketing strategies.
- Data analysis & reporting: Collect data, analyze it and report on campaign performance for the purpose of improving effectiveness and Return On Investment (ROI).
- Collaboration with other teams: Work closely with related teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and align strategies with business objectives.
- Strict adherence to the company’s Standard Operational Procedure (SOP).
- Carry out any other administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
Required experience: At least three (3) years and above proven track record in graphic design, preferably in a busy sales and marketing environment.

- Excellent technical skills in software design e.g. Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent communication skills for easy collaboration with clients and team members.
