1. JOB TITLE: SALES AND MARKETING Manager.  

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Individuals with experience in printing, marketing and creative industry preferably.

Key Responsibilities: –

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the printing and branding industry
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations to showcase IFRICOM’s printing, branding marketing capabilities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity in printing and branding
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell printing and branding services to clients
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality delivery of printing and branding projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors in the printing and branding industry
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)
• Develop high-quality proposals and respond to RFQs/RFPs
• Manage and track multiple proposals simultaneously
• Analyze and report on proposal win/loss rates

Requirements: – 3+ years of experience in proposal development, sales, or marketing – Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills – Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines – Experience with RFQs, RFPs (Requests for Proposals. Experience in the printing, marketing, and media industry desirable. Have a Driver’s Licence.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field: Those with a Diploma should have 5+ Years of experience in the same industry –

2. Job Title: Sales and Marketing Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team in Lilongwe. As an intern, you will assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our printing, branding, and marketing services.

Responsibilities:

– Assist in researching and identifying new business opportunities

– Help develop and maintain sales leads and contacts

– Support sales team in preparing proposals and presentations

– Participate in sales meetings and client calls

– Learn and understand our printing and branding services

– Assist in creating and scheduling social media content

– Help design and distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)

– Update and maintain company website and blog

– Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines

– Help create visual elements for marketing materials

– Support design team in creating branding materials

Requirements:

– Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

– Familiarity with social media platforms

– Creative and problem-solving skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
