Our client a fast moving consumer goods Company, is looking for an energetic, aggressive,
and self-motivated and result oriented individual to join its team: PARAMIX OPERATOR
Location: Lilongwe
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Experience in mechanical troubleshoot of paramix.
- Should have experience of handling TULA/KHS/KRONES paramix operation.
- Brief knowledge of mixing ratio of syrup and water of paramix.
- Knowledge of GV parameter in the Carbonated Soft Drink.
- Syrup mixing and maintaining brix in Carbonated Soft Drink.
- Online GV and Brix verification of Carbonated Soft Drink.
- CIP of paramix and Carbonated Soft Drink line as per SOP.
- Maintenance of paramix during shutdown.
- Review specification for products or processes.
RELATED JOB REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION
1. Polytechnic/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical or B.A/B.Sc.
2. At least 2-3 yrs. experience
Competencies and skills
1. Proven experience in quality checking of Carbonated Soft Drinks.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Organizational skills.
4. In-depth understanding of quality control procedures of beverage.
5. Good documentation.
