To support this vision, TTG is seeking a highly motivated, Spirit-led, and creative Outreach & Evangelism Coordinator to help establish, expand, and strengthen TTG’s presence across secondary schools, colleges, and communities; and to build vibrant outreach platforms that reflect excellence, innovation, and global-standard ministry.
Position: Outreach & Evangelism Coordinator

Reports to: Senior Pastor / Executive Leadership
Engagement: Full-time
Start Date: Immediately or as agreed
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Outreach & Evangelism Coordinator will lead TTG’s evangelism strategy, youth engagement platforms, and public visibility programs. The Coordinator will design, implement, and scale high-impact outreach initiatives that position TTG as a transformational ministry in Malawi and globally. This role requires creativity, leadership, spiritual maturity, and the ability to build structures that sustain growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. ESTABLISHMENT & COORDINATION OF TTG SECONDARY AND COLLEGE CHAPTERS
• Lead the rollout of TTG Spiritual Chapters in secondary schools, colleges, and universities across Malawi.
- Develop discipleship structures, leadership teams, and weekly fellowship systems that attract and grow young believers.
- Train, mentor, and supervise Student Ministry Leaders to ensure excellence, accountability, and spiritual impact.
2. OUTREACH, EVANGELISM & COMMUNITY IMPACT PROGRAMS
- Design and lead community outreach programs that bring the Gospel to schools, youth centers, hospitals, marketplaces, and underserved communities.
- Coordinate evangelistic events, concerts, school tours, and community impact campaigns.
- Ensure TTG’s presence is felt, relevant, and transformative in all outreach spaces.
- Build partnerships with youth networks, schools, and Christian societies.
3. INNOVATION & DIGITAL INFLUENCE (INSPIRED BY LAKEWOOD & TRANSFORMATION CHURCH)
- Develop innovative evangelism platforms such as digital sermons, short ministry clips, youth online devotionals, live sessions, and testimonies.
- Collaborate with media teams to ensure digital content aligns with TTG’s global vision and standards.
- Initiate creative programs such as “TTG Youth Nation”, “Campus Revival Nights”, “Faith & Purpose Talks”, and “TTG Impact Fridays.”
- Use social media strategically for evangelism, discipleship, and community influence.
4. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & MINISTRY COORDINATION
- Identify, train, and nurture young leaders within school and college chapters.
- Organize leadership workshops, evangelism trainings, and spiritual retreats.
- Ensure smooth coordination of all ministry activities, schedules, reports, andfollow-up systems.
- Maintain a strong discipleship pipeline from new converts to committed members.
5. STRATEGIC PLANNING, REPORTING & ACCOUNTABILITY
- Develop annual and quarterly outreach plans aligned with TTG’s ministry goals.
- Prepare outreach budgets and ensure effective stewardship of church resources.
- Produce high-quality reports, testimonies, attendance dashboards, and successstories.
- Support senior leadership with insights and recommendations.
Global Impact Orientation
The Outreach & Evangelism Coordinator must embody a vision that extends beyond local boundaries adopting global ministry best practices such as:
- Creating scalable outreach models replicable across nations.
- Building digital content that ministers to global audiences.
- Positioning TTG as a ministry capable of influencing youth in Malawi, Africa, and the world.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Ministry, Communication, Youth Development, Community Development, or related field.
- Strong Christian character, spiritual maturity, and respect for church doctrine and leadership.
- Experience in evangelism, youth ministry, school ministry, or church leadership. Desired Competencies
- Innovative thinker with creative approaches to outreach and youth mobilization.
- Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, digital).
- Ability to mobilize teams, lead volunteers, and inspire young people.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs.
- Familiarity with digital evangelism and content creation is an added advantage. Personal Attributes
